What I have seen is that BYU seemed to be consistently on the bad end of the rule a few years back with Nacua, etc. That seems to have gotten better.

What I’ve also seen is a lot of frustration at questionable interpretation and also missed calls, like the one on Hall against Arizona if I remember correctly.

But I haven’t seen anyone that loves the rule. Quite the opposite.
