playing against a mobile QB.
The game was never in question yesterday (similar to AZ). But in both games we seemed to have no answers for the mobility of their QB. We took poor angles, didn’t tackle well in space, and as a result in key situations in both games the QB seemed to have all day to find open receivers.
We also struggled with this against ASU, but between forcing four turnovers and ASU imploding with penalties we were able to end drives.
Yes, we won. We beat a really, really bad football team yesterday, but a W is a W. My concern is about figuring out how to stop mobile QBs.
