So about the cougar tails…

So because catering/dining services has been so short staffed, there was like only one person making the cougar tails. My mom who works as an event coordinator wanted to order 18 dozen a week in advance, and they said no.

Poor guy has been working 90 hour weeks to cook the cougar tails for the home games. They go in the freezer and are brought out game day. So if you don’t get one early, you might not get one.
