Here's a really good buttermilk pancake recipe.
2 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the dry ingredients together. Then whisk in the wet ingredients until combined. Small lumps are okay. Cook over medium high heat.
Seriously, the next time you make pancakes, use this recipe.
