I've got a nephew in it, and had a few friends who did it and ended up in engineering and finance positions. Great major with high upside. The major has specialization options that would allow her to pursue a subdiscipline of choice. It's under requirement 7 on the major page. Is this the kind of thing you're looking for?

BYU’s ACME program is top notch. My son graduated in ACME from BYU. Now in Masters at Rochester Institute of Technology
