Dedicated coaching time with my kids' organized sports, I fear I wouldn't see them but to put them to bed. Traveling tournaments have been the motivator to prioritize family trips over busy work weekends. Organized sports shaped me and taught me valuable life lessons, and they're helping me keep strong connections with them.
