win the conference and are the highest ranked G5. The NY6 thing goes away. However, the money is being in the conference, that is where the bulk of the CFP money goes. It doesn't go to the team that is playing. IIRC this year there is a $2M for expenses and the $4M that would be divided by conference. I seriously doubt BSU could get the MWC to give up their single ace in the hole going forward. If they give that up, the per team revenues would really suck.
