The D philosophy is frustrating to watch, but has been effective in helping get wins.  Which is the goal.  The O philosophy has been good enough to win, except v. BSU. 

THey just need to figure out when to adapt. PLaying from behind by 2 scores in half 2 changes things.  Need points, but also need more time to get those points.

So I'm gonna stop complaining about the overall philosphy, but will take issue with situational things. That is where games are won and lost with this strategy.
