I might be upset later tonight if my flight gets canceled but usually Southwest has been great for my travel. It's pretty easy to get points by signing up for one of their credit cards every 2 years or transfer points from Chase. It's easy to cancel award bookings and get the points deposited right back. Several times in the past few years I have found great deals on international flights out of other airports (I'm in Utah) like LAX and I use Southwest points to get there.

I use the benefits from other credit cards for lounges. I'm a budget traveler so it works for me to piece all of these things together that a business traveler would have with one airline / credit card.
