I read elsewhere that it might be a bit trickier for pilots than others in
different careers. If you're a CPA and you get some weird side effect from the vaccine, you can likely still continue to add and subtract.

If you're a pilot and suffer a side effect it could derail your career. Not too many other careers require frequent medical certifications to continue to do your job and pay your bills. I assume if you got covid on the job as a pilot there may be some disability coverage, but after you're 'cured' and still suffer from a side effect may mean your benefits stop but you can't return to work.

Something I'd think twice about if I were in the pilot's shoes, especially if I had already had covid and had natural antibodies. Seems like a bit of a dice roll to take the vaccine and hope nothing happens if I'm already protected naturally.
