Slightly worse to non existent service sometimes the further away from cities you are (camping, hiking, road trip) but hasn't ever really seemed worse than when I had the bigger name providers.

No issues that for me or my wife personally that would justify the huge price difference. My wife's sister and husband left after their free trial though, they said for them it was significantly degraded service (dropped calls, missing texts, things that we never experienced but they also live in the middle of nowhere California)
