Conventional wisdom tells you he gets wade out whether the next pitch or on another. But, everyone knows that the last out can be the hardest get—it’s not just another normal out and when your team has to get it with the tying run on base you feel it and know it isn’t just another out. And when that runner is a product of an error it feels even more daunting. And the giants had done it before—this year.
