Ayton should improve, I don't know where Bridges can improve without developing a solid handle first. McGee is a solid backup, but he's more of a joke than anything. Shamet is just flat out bad. He's an ok shooter with awful defense and zero playmaking.
Heat might be too high, but their defense in the playoffs will be absolutely NUTS. There'll be nowhere to hide any bad offensive players because you need 5 guys who can play well at all times. Perhaps they'll be bad in the rs, but if they make the playoffs, look out.
Brooklyn and Milwaukee are 1a and 1b, but I give the need to Milwaukee for the reasons stated above. (also, who knows what the heck will happen with Kyrie anyways?)
Why will Golden State be better? You just said that they will be with no reason as to why. I just don't see them being better than anybody else in the west.

(I did say that the Jazz are a homer pick, but they should be better than last year, which is crazy to think as a jazz fan.)
