The scripture passage in question refers to "hot drinks," and Church leaders for a century or so have interpreted it to require abstaining from tea and coffee in particular. "Iced" versions of these typically hot drinks are generally considered prohibited as well. As you get away from this core prohibition, it becomes more a matter of personal preference and interpretation; coffee ice cream, for example, or green tea supplement pills, are things that people can and do go either way on.

Here's an article from an official Church magazine from a doctor expressing the personal view that caffeine consumption is often harmful and contrary to the "spirit" of the Church's teachings on health, while also noting that drinking caffeinated beverages per se is not prohibited by the Church's teachings.
