times and the most impactful was one time I went with a friend and researched ahead of time to find the graves we specifically wanted to visit. Many people just visit the Tomb of the Unknowns, Arlington House, and the Kennedy graves. Doing those few doesn't take too long but it's easy to spend a lot of time there if you are into history and historical figures.

Edit to add: There is a decent food court and a couple of other restaurants in Union Station near the Capitol if you are on more of a budget. Easily accessible by Metro it's a good spot for breakfast or lunch.
