Im guessing here but ill bet homecoming game tickets are not usually $100+ for the cheap seats. BYU demand pushed prices up more than usual. A third of Waco was likely immediately ruled out from being able to afford that. On the other hand BYU fans in Texas have had the game circled for a couple of years with time to save and plan. Baylor like many other fan bases have now been taken completely by surprise at how far reaching the fan base is. Next year in Provo will be another shock when they see how big and loud little old BYU can get. McClane stadium is beautiful. It is about 50% as loud as a rocking LES though. I guess that a 20%+ away crowd may have impacted that though.
