Same with the Lone Peak safety whose parents were Y athletes. He said
BYU just didn’t show interest til very late. Went to Utah and started at safety as a true freshman / now on a mission. LOVED BYu growing up.
I hate hearing things like this - 30 min from your campus, kid was all state with every team in PAC and other P5 offers but no love from BYU. Crazy.
