I’ve got two curmudgeons on my team who hate the concept of agile and are dragging the team down. Want to be in every meeting and have input into every decision. Don’t want to work on something if there’s a chance they may have to redo it at any point in the future and would rather just wait until the entire thing is architected before starting. Hate estimating work and tell me why it can’t be done rather than find solutions.

They’ll both be off the team by January.
