I'm a fan and even got a certification. The one aspect I disagree with is that
the PM is the sole owner of the backlog. I think engineering should have a say in the backlog. Otherwise, tech debt items would never get prioritized and a bad PM would keep pushing for quick wins until the system becomes so brittle it requires a re-write.

Whatever you do, don’t try SAFe. It’s garbage. Scrum is great when the team all does it and trusts each other
