His yard and house are IMMACULATE which makes him a great neighbor to have. Add to it, that he's a pretty nice guy in general.

Today, he was out in his front yard as soon as there was a break in the rain using his leaf blower. It's not uncommon for him to be out front using it. He blows leaves off his lawn, driveway, porch...and the street and gutters...all the way down the street to the nearest neighbor.

I was curious what he might be blowing today since the rain would make it really hard to blow leaves and other debris away.

I took a closer look when I went to get the mail.

He's drying his driveway with the leaf blower and it's starting to rain again.
