The answer to this is simple. The guy belongs to a Facebook group that mocks

employers. His statement in the article also make it apparent about his alternative motives. I'm sure his application was put together in a way that turned employers off. I would have thrown this guy out of my poll of applicants very early in the process as did everyone else.
