Something up with that… I run a dental office and my brother runs another on
The opposite side of the city. Almost impossible to fill positions right now. If you can find an employee the pay demands are 30% or more higher than 6 months ago.
Maybe businesses are struggling to find employees who will work for an amount that allows the business to be viable? There is something artificial driving that at this point.
