Oh, come on. Griping about coaching is the oldest form of fan dialogue. It comes
with the terrain, and can be absolutely justified. The fans pay the coaches, especially at BYU. Would it be frustrating to have an employer who knows less than you? Sure, but performance based critique is not unreasonable.
In fact, the current head coach threw the first OC under the bus when he had to play 5 QBs and 3 RBs in one season. So yeah, when you set the standard of blaming other coaches for your teams failures then you are going to catch crap.
Players wanted to get paid to play. Well who pays them? Fans. So don't go asking for fans money and the be hurt if your performance is critiqued.
