I don't know if the company is eating an increase or if our demographic and claim performance has been that much better, but it doesn't matter to me. We are self-insured so we do have a bit more control over costs and premium projections. It isn't a world beating plan but works out well enough for our family. I wish we could have a HSA instead of FSA but we deal with it.

Vision: $18.42/month
