Actually just the body getting ready to perform. By eliminating (or trying to eliminate) whatever is in the digestive system, the body frees up blood and other resources to be used for “battle” in the brain and muscles.

If you really want to try to treat/deal with it, I would recommend a chiropractor who specializes in applied kinesiology to work on some of the neurological aspects that are happening.
