Pay coaches in football and men's basketball. Sitake and Pope need to be paid at the very least the average pay for Big 12 (remaining 8) coaches. This also includes their assistant coaches (and position coaches in football). I also think the basketball locker room needs to be updated. I'm glad football did it and I don't think the football locker room needs any additional upgrades yet. It already looks the part of a P5 locker room. Basketball needs the same treatment in their locker room for recruits. I don't know what the pay is for the olympic sports coaches, but I suppose it can be worth looking into. I feel BYU is probably paying olympic sports coaches similarly to Big 12 members are dishing out for their olympic sports coaches. I think after all of that there will be a ton left over for Holmoe and his staff to figure out.
