i may grant you Utah could be a good program, Pope has a great one.

Blue > Red (okay, maybe this one is biased)
BYU NIL deals> Utah NIL deals

So the only thing going for Yewtah is family relationships and historic fanbase. Those are important too and sure, they could sway a decision by themselves, but they'd be the wrong one.
