I can cat nap on any flight. Overnight flights I'll sleep fitfully unless I'm in a seat that reclines. I slept 6 hours
straight on a flight from Tokyo to LA. Went to sleep shortly after take off and was woken up by the stewardess who wanted me to complete my customs form. Of course, that was business class and I had a lay flat seat and was using the eye mask and had noise cancelling headphones and had earplugs in my ears on top of that...
