He diagnosed me with a deviated septum, which was making it difficult for CPAP therapy to work. A brief outpatient procedure later and CPAP was much better.

Most people on here says it’s worked very well for them. It hasn’t done much

I should probably do a sleep study. I sleep like crap. 4-5 hours a night. Tops.
