Kind of blows my mind that the entire countries supply chain is held hostage by
local regulations. I understand the safety by not going more than 2 high and I am sure the regulation came about by a bunch of containers falling over there in the port. They stack them more than that on a boat yet when they hit the port in California they can no longer stack them high.
