LaVell had numerous assistants who were at BYU for 10+ years. Were they not leaving BYU because they weren't any good?
If they weren't any good and LaVell was the Ultimate Delegator, then how did LaVell get into the Hall of Fame and BYU rack up so many ranked seasons?
Norm Chow eventually left and had P5/NFL jobs, but he spent 20 years at BYU without leaving. Does that mean he had no job opportunities before NC State finally came calling?
