So true and I was a certified consultant.
It’s great at what it is, a CRM. Think if it as a hub of data. Once you get it to start solving the world’s problems it’s a disaster.

Pricing is anywhere from 25-300/mo depending on edition, plus any paid plugins. "yes or no" is entirely dependent
