If you are going to buy into their larger ecosystem it’s awesome.
Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, analytics, and some really cool integrations with Slack coming down the pipe (imagine asking a question in natural language to a connected app in slack and a reporting engine giving you an answer in common everyday language or a dashboard).
As a pure CRM, it does what CRM’s do. It probably is the best if the 4 CRM’s I have ever used, but they all suck to use haha.

I did Salesforce development for a bit. Hated every minute. But I was working on orgs that were just disasters
