Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, analytics, and some really cool integrations with Slack coming down the pipe (imagine asking a question in natural language to a connected app in slack and a reporting engine giving you an answer in common everyday language or a dashboard).
As a pure CRM, it does what CRM’s do. It probably is the best if the 4 CRM’s I have ever used, but they all suck to use haha.
