The more time goes by, the more I prefer software applications that do one or
two things but do them well. I also prefer convention over configuration. Give me a tool that has logical conventions with little configuration over one that is not opinionated and can be configured a thousand ways. Jira is a prime example of software I dislike. You practically need to have a full time Jira expert just to make it functional for your organization.

I did Salesforce development for a bit. Hated every minute. But I was working on orgs that were just disasters
