Everybody could claim ignorance when they kill someone, but making that claim and backing it up are 2 entirely separate
things. The context of this shooting is clearly different than other accidental shootings.
Should he have checked or whatever, sure. Was he ethically at fault? Maybe. Criminally, I don’t see it unless he short circuited safety protocols as a producer, not as the guy pulling the trigger.
