garlic salt and lemon pepper rubbed all over it, on the grill until it's ready.
You likely know this, but many don't..... YOU MUST SLICE IT AGAINST THE GRAIN, and there are 2 (sometimes 3) grain directions.
The correct slicing (IMO) is more important than what seasoning you choose.
