it’s multifactorial: 1) Pass pro has been increasingly bad as injuries rack up. 2) Hall has developed some pocket yips from bad pass pro and sacks/fumble in last couple games. Has resulted in tentativeness. He’s also not “feeling” backside pressure in pocket awareness. 3) Play calling today was not conducive with Hall’s game. He’s a pure rhythm passer - he needs to throw a bunch of times to heat up. Then his confidence, timing, decision making and accuracy improve. For examples watch the AZ game and the second halves of Baylor and Boise games. That wasn’t the game plan today and he never warmed up.
