year is worse than most non P5 teams, they are now ranked defensively worse than both SFU and USU. BSU 2019 was a better team than a majority of P5 teams and the highest ranked team that either QB has led the team to a win against. Certainly Hall has faced more of the good teams than Romney has, but he’s also looked underwhelming against more of the good, mediocre, and poor teams. Romney never really has looked that way regardless of the caliber of the opponent. The offense just seems to work when he’s leading it.
