Why do I need to wear a life jacket in normal, safe conditions?
That would be very, very conservative.
Every boat is required to have a life jacket on board for every passenger. When the weather or waters pick up, I absolutely agree that everyone should wear that life jacket? But when cruising around surfing or wakeboarding on a beautiful summer day? Nah.
