The only news on Part 2 is that a Warner Bros. executive was quoted this past week saying “Will we have a sequel to Dune? If you watch the movie you see how it ends. I think you pretty much know the answer to that”

Best guess is that IF it is made, it will come out spring/summer 2023.

However, HBO is making a TV show based on the Bene Gesserit called Dune: The Sisterhood. Originally scheduled to come out in 2020... it's anybody's guess when it will happen, but hopefully it can fill in some of the time between Part 1 and Part 2 🙂 (if Part 2 and 'Sisterhood' even make it into release)
