I’d like to be ranked and not beat up before conference play. In this order:
1) A cupcake warmup. Don’t care who.
2) A little harder, but still cupcake, Mountain West, old rivalry game with Utah State taking this slot every other year.
3) A little harder still. Alternate Boise, Utah, and a California PAC12 team for recruiting purposes. We need a tough game to get us ready for conference.
I’d like to play Utah State and Boise. These two programs more than any others stood at our side during independence. If we can help them I say we do it.
