You are sharing data with a third party (Clean email) that is usually a violation of company software & confidentiality
policy. Does it have the safeguards necessary to protect your data, privilege etc.
I have never been at a company that would allow employees to just add their emails through something like this without sign from privacy, legal, and IT. Too much risk.

Clean email inbox, and each email is a to-do. I take notes in an email and send it to myself to add a to-do

Clean email would be nice but getting a company to allow it is not that easy. If I were to set it up it would breach

Why? I have lots of litigation holds on communications, my attorney work product, etc. They are just filed in a folder
