No, I just create subfolders directly in the work email client (my company uses MacOS Mail), and file emails in subfolders.

Clean email inbox, and each email is a to-do. I take notes in an email and send it to myself to add a to-do

Clean email would be nice but getting a company to allow it is not that easy. If I were to set it up it would breach

Why? I have lots of litigation holds on communications, my attorney work product, etc. They are just filed in a folder
