Look how well this staff has developed players. Look at how many guys
made an NFL roster this year. It's by far the most since I became a fan 20 years ago. He's doing amazing with the players he's recruited and there will be a recruiting bump with our new P5 status. He hasn't come close to his ceiling yet imo.
