If he truly is a 5 star, there's only a handful of these kids nationally a year
Having big NIL's lined up for a school's very top recruit doesn't seem outlandish to me. Alabama has a quite a few of these every year. Most schools see one of these every few years if that. For Nebraska a 5 star would be a huge get and sure local sponsors would line up from the get go for a kid like that.

you can't say that and be within the rules. so if he was told that, then they are breaking the rules.
