So if Nebraska has a deal with [Corporate Sponsor X] to make NIL deals with any players rated top 100 nationally (or something) that end up at Nebraska, wouldn't they advertise that as well.
The only difference is that BYU's deal is targeted at walk-ons so needs to be widely publicized to reach as large an audience as possible. Nebraska only needs to reach out to 100 kids a year to let them know about the options at Nebraska.
