Dave Ramsey's target audience is for people who are living paycheck to paycheck,
his advice is excellent for people who are stuck in this lifestyle and are hoping to break into the middle class. Obviously his advice is not the best way to build wealth, the best way to build wealth is to take on some additional level of risk, more risk is not what these people need.

I know several people with a chunk invested that are then using a margin loan at 1% on that money to capitalize
