Singles and say "see, look there's people to date!!". It's way more complicated than that.

There has to be mutual attraction. There has to be mutual desire to actually go out on dates. Personalities need to mesh. Need to have similar priorities in life. The list goes on and on.

I have a family member that's a fairly public figure. She's an attractive single girl. A lot of guys are too intimidated to actually try to date her and most of the guys that actually do try to make moves are arrogant tools who are looking for things other than long term relationships.

Dating is not simple.
