Right now you have a hugely inflated market propped up not on sketchy loans like in 06/07 but on corporate purchasers who are looking to dump money into whatever is possible. They are purchasing swaths of houses sight unseen, without inspections or regards to pricing. They are competing against each other…. That is not sustainable and investors are going to lose their shirts.
