College football has changed a lot in the last 20 years. Beyond that, Utah sees itself as bigger time than it is so I think they'd want some bigger name.

I think that can be a negative but a school like USC or Texas insists on hiring a name and so my guess is Utah will do something similar, if only to prove to themselves that they belong in the big time.
